What is the booking process?
After discussing your dream vision for florals, how to get there, and budget, I will send over my contract to ensure that your big day is reserved in my books. This contract details expectations on my end and yours for everything floral. Along with the contract, the first of two invoices will be sent. I require a 15% deposit within two weeks of signing the contract.
Do you have a minimum?
No minimum! I am here to cater to your floral needs no matter how big or small, I just want to add to the beauty of your day in anything floral.
Do you offer artificial/rental options?
Yes, I am always happy to work with brides who want to go the artificial or dried route. There are options we can discuss between purchasing or renting artificial arrangements.
What is your involvement on our big day?
On the day of your wedding/elopement I recommend the arrival of florals at least 1 hour before your photographer. A customized timeline will be discussed if any floral instillation needs to occur on site, along with the possibility of bringing an assistant. As soon as the flowers have been delivered and set up, myself and any assistants will leave the venue and not return unless otherwise discussed.
Can I change the quantity of arrangements needed after signing the contract?
Of course! If quantities need to be changed an updated contract will be required to ensure that we are still on the same page with everything. I am always happy to discuss vision changes and quantity changes up until final payment occurs.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! I offer a 5% discount for military, first responders, and teachers.
What is our payment timeline?
The first of two payments will take place within two weeks of booking and signing the contract. This will be 15% of the total price we have discussed for your florals and will count towards your total amount. Four weeks prior to your wedding your second and final payment will be due. This payment will be the remaining 85% of the discussed pricing.
What does contact look like after booking?
After your date has been secured, I will check in with you every few months to discuss any changes or updates that need to occur. Feel free to reach out at any point in time with any questions, concerns, and or changes. Six weeks prior to your wedding I will be sure to reach out and make sure we are still on track for the final payment and to confirm delivery and set up details.
